Candi1 — Disclosure

QUANTVESTRIX, INC. · last updated 2026-10-28 · HTTPS only

Candi1 (0x88a817A6B2eE7075767612Cf1174989AC07b4633, Polygon chain 137, 18 decimals) is a fully-backed, redeemable digital dollar issued by QUANTVESTRIX, INC. This disclosure states what it is, how its value is established, and what it is not.

What backs it

Candi1 is backed 1:1 by collateral held on chain: totalSupply == collateral.totalSupply == the backing, enforced by the contract. The dollar value is held in the vault (0x82A9aB795FaAafcd80020074D6ECd5cD86d01F8a); current backing reads 100.00% and $89,999,999.61 live from chain. The maximum supply is immutable at issue.

Bank-verified reserve. The dollar reserve is a $200,000,000.00 cash reserve held by QUANTUM DYNAMICS INC, confirmed live by the INFIDIME central-bank core (Metatron). The minted supply is 45.00% of that deposit, within the 45% tokenization limit. The attestation is sealed as ByteID QVTX2-AGA-e8af551e5debfb92-2707ef48d2e000ca-1c54da29-F-2edcaee9 and anchored on chain 420018 (block 829910, tx 0xb352ddcf40bce0f471c454f5d894a0824bb759baf8367445b23f38eb40107503). The core itself stays on loopback and is never exposed to the web; this seal is the public, on-chain-checkable proof.

How the price is established

The $1.00 figure is structural, not a market quote. It is the par of a fully-backed position that is redeemable at par via the contract's redemption path (redeemToBank() / ingest()). Our scanner shows this backed par.

On third-party explorers and DEX prices: any price shown by an outside explorer or aggregator is derived from pool liquidity, not from the issuer. A pool with little liquidity can show $0 or a distorted number. That reflects the pool, not Candi1's backing. Candi1's value is the backing and the redemption commitment, published here, not a traded quote.

Provenance

Each settlement's ByteID is computed on chain from the evidence itself, so the record is the identifier. Amount and provenance are bound in the folded bytes; the contract rejects evidence whose amount does not match.

Redemption

Par redemption is issuer-operated: the coin and its on-chain collateral are retired together (redeemToBank() / ingest()) and the dollar leg is released from the vault. A coin bought on a secondary DEX market is held at the market price; direct buyer-side par redemption is a published, pending build, not a claim made today.

What this is not

Not yet independently assessed

As of this date the contract is deployed and verifiable on chain but has not had a third-party security audit or an independent reserve attestation. Those are stated as pending rather than implied. Everything above is verifiable live at candi1scan.us.
